This was my final project that completed my last semester at UNL and secured my ability to graduate with honors. 

The strategic audit examines Instacart, specifically the effects of the COVID-19 boom, the impact of the rise and fall of the gig economy, and how the company has navigated its 2023 IPO.

A Strategic Audit of Instacart

This is the most thorough research I have conducted thus far in my academic career. I became fascinated with Instacart and chose the organization because of its potential for the development of a highly diverse product suite, vertical integration capabilities, AI integration, the SaaS aspect of the business model, and the company's mission to reach as many low-food access areas as possible to mitigate the effects of food deserts on local populations.
