ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Taylor, and I use she/her pronouns. I created this portfolio to demonstrate my skills and experience in a convenient location. It is a living, breathing collection of my work, and because I live for my work, a representation of me.
​
My experience is derived from my academic involvements, including my marketing and management classes, as well as programs in which I have partaken. The majority of the samples included in my portfolio are created for classes and my various extracurricular organizations.
​
In college, I was focused on furthering my business education through both school and work experience. I was very involved on campus and in internships in addition to my several leadership positions. I worked toward creating a personal brand while becoming a better, smarter, innovative person who is an asset to any team. I was a member of the Clifton Builders program, through which I obtained my Management degree via the Entrepreneurship track.

I have specific interests in Greentech, intellectual property, venture capital, fintech, insuretech, and ESG-focused startups. I enjoy being an entrepreneur and innovating in every aspect of my work.
If you are familiar with strengths, my top 5 are Restorative, Discipline, Futuristic, Achiever, and Competition, and my Myers-Briggs results are ENTJ.

WHY I'M HERE
My mission is to drive positive change by leveraging diversity, equity, and inclusion to pioneer ambitious and innovative solutions that uplift and empower my community. Grounded in a passion for entrepreneurship, strengths-based management, and ESG principles, I am dedicated to infusing these values into every endeavor and striving to create a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
Goals
What I want for my future
- Travel! I studied abroad in Italy in the spring of 2023 and went to 17 countries. Travel is an essential part of my well-being, and I spend as much time traveling as possible.

- After gaining several years of professional work experience, I want to pursue my MBA in marketing, strategic innovations, or finance. No matter what I do, want to work in the world of entrepreneurship and startups; it's my passion!
​
- One of my career goals is to become a marketing or innovation consultant. I love building new marketing plans with existing resources to further business growth and sustainability. I want to work in marketing and strategy in an innovation-focused and highly collaborative environment.
​
- My end goal: I want to be a C-Suite executive, such as a Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Innovation Officer of a high-growth startup. However, I know this is a difficult feat, and I expect my career path to take unexpected turns, so I'm prepared to pivot at any point. I have an endless passion for entrepreneurship and seek a career that includes start-ups. Whether or not I enter the C-suite, I look forward to the journey and learning along the way.

Who I am outside of work and school
- I like to lift weights; my morning workout routine is how I start each day positively

- I like to cook and meal plan.

- Coffee, chocolate, and tacos... enough said.

- I love dogs. Though I am a big-dog person, Lexy, the dog pictured above, was left with my family when the previous homeowners moved. I love her dearly and she keeps my parents company when I am away at school.
​
- Travel is one of my favorite ways to spend time. In Spring 2023, I was in Florence, Italy studying marketing! During my time abroad, I visited 17 new countries, but Austria has proven to be my favorite thus far.
​
- I dedicate a lot of time to increasing equitability and accessibility in my organizations. It is not just something that is important to me; it is part of who I am.
